How to Order<\/strong><\/h5>

1. MI Musical Instruments recommends using a simple order form with no additional registration \u2014 a quick, easy, and convenient way to place your order online.
2. In electronic form by email at valdario@valdario.lv
3. By phone at +371 20227971 or +371 29225354 (warehouse), on business days from 12:00 to 18:00. Our experienced manager will help you choose the right product, explain how the system works, and do their best to answer all your questions.
Orders are accepted electronically 24\/7. Please note that your order will be processed within 2 business days. Orders placed from Friday evening to Sunday will be processed at the beginning of the next business week. Delivery is available on business days from 10:00 to 19:00. Products can be collected from MI Musical Instruments stores on business days from 12:00 to 18:00.<\/p>

    • Delivery by Omniva courier:
      • Depends on the size and weight of the product. If needed, please contact us by email at valdario@valdario.lv or by phone at +371 29225354.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>

        By prior arrangement, products can also be delivered to other countries. Please contact us by email to confirm the delivery cost: valdario@valdario.lv\n. Products are delivered within 1\u20132 business days after advance payment. If a product is ordered on an individual basis, the delivery time will be agreed separately.

        After receiving your order, we will contact you to confirm your order details and delivery times.<\/p>

        Returns and Product Exchange<\/strong><\/h5>

        We guarantee the high quality of all products delivered to our customers. However, if a defect is identified, you may return the product to our office by prior agreement with us via email or phone, at the following address: L\u0101\u010dpl\u0113\u0161a iela 21, Riga, tel. +371 67312005. Returns and exchanges will be processed within 5 business days.

        Please note: MI Musical Instruments does not exchange products or issue refunds if the customer has damaged the packaging after receiving the product.<\/strong><\/em>
