How to Order
1. MI Musical Instruments recommends using a simple order form with no additional registration — a quick, easy, and convenient way to place your order online.

3. By phone at +371 20227971 or +371 29225354 (warehouse), on business days from 12:00 to 18:00. Our experienced manager will help you choose the right product, explain how the system works, and do their best to answer all your questions.
Pasūtījumi tiek pieņemti elektroniskā formā 00-24. NB! Jūsu pasūtījumu mēs apstrādāsim 2 darba dienu laikā. Lūdzu, pievērsiet īpašu uzmanību tam, ka pasūtījumi, kas tika veikti sākot no piektdienas vakara līdz svētdienai, tiks apstrādāti nākamās darba nedēļas sākumā. Piegāde darba dienās no 10:00 līdz 19:00. Preces saņemšana Mi Mūzikas instrumenti veikalos no 12:00 līdz 18:00 darba dienās.

1. Bank transfer (based on the invoice, after receiving confirmation from the manager regarding product availability).

By prior arrangement, products can also be delivered to other countries. Please contact us by email to confirm the delivery cost: valdario@valdario.lv
. Products are delivered within 1–2 business days after advance payment. If a product is ordered on an individual basis, the delivery time will be agreed separately.
After receiving your order, we will contact you to confirm your order details and delivery times.
Returns and Product Exchange
Mēs garantējam klientam piegādātās preces augstu kvalitāti. Tomēr, ja defekts ir konstatēts, vienojoties ar mums pa e-pastu vai telefonu, Jūs varat nosūtīt to atpakaļ uz mūsu biroju, pēc adreses: Ģertrūdes iela 63, Rīga, tel. +371 67312005. Preces atgriešana un apmaiņa tiks veikta 5 darba dienu laikā.
