The Egnater Goldsmith is a combination of booster and overdrive. The sequence of overdrive and booster can be switched, the trick is that both effects sections have their own input/output jacks and can be used and placed in different positions to another as two independent effects in the signal chain. As with all Egnater pedals, the tone control is very extensive, in addition to the switchable voicing control which is responsible for the mids frequencies, there is also a tone control and the Egnater Amps familiar Tight switch (affects the lower frequencies). The boost channel can be distorted easily and fine tuned with the Colour regulation and Tight switch. The Goldsmith is housed in an ultra-stable housing, which is likely to survive even the toughest conditions on stage undamaged.
