How to Order
1. MI Musical Instruments recommends using a simple order form with no additional registration — a quick, easy, and convenient way to place your order online.

3. By phone at +371 20227971 or +371 29225354 (warehouse), on business days from 12:00 to 18:00. Our experienced manager will help you choose the right product, explain how the system works, and do their best to answer all your questions.
Orders are accepted electronically 24/7. Please note that your order will be processed within 2 business days. Orders placed from Friday evening to Sunday will be processed at the beginning of the next business week. Delivery is available on business days from 10:00 to 19:00. Products can be collected from MI Musical Instruments stores on business days from 12:00 to 18:00.
Delivery and Payments
Payment:
Payment can be made in the following ways:
1. Bank transfer (based on the invoice, after receiving confirmation from the manager regarding product availability).
Delivery:
1. Products can be collected from MI Musical Instruments stores on business days from 12:00 to 18:00 at Lāčplēša iela 21, Riga (tel. +371 67312005) and Sakņu iela 16/18, Daugavpils (tel. +371 65425221): FREE.
2. Delivery costs:
- Standard delivery cost with our courier or Omniva courier:
- Riga: free
- Riga district: €5.00
- Other cities in Latvia: €10.00
- Delivery by Omniva courier:
- Depends on the size and weight of the product. If needed, please contact us by email at valdario@valdario.lv or by phone at +371 29225354.
By prior arrangement, products can also be delivered to other countries. Please contact us by email to confirm the delivery cost: valdario@valdario.lv
. Products are delivered within 1–2 business days after advance payment. If a product is ordered on an individual basis, the delivery time will be agreed separately.
After receiving your order, we will contact you to confirm your order details and delivery times.
Returns and Product Exchange
We guarantee the high quality of all products delivered to our customers. However, if a defect is identified, you may return the product to our office by prior agreement with us via email or phone, at the following address: Lāčplēša iela 21, Riga, tel. +371 67312005. Returns and exchanges will be processed within 5 business days.
Please note: MI Musical Instruments does not exchange products or issue refunds if the customer has damaged the packaging after receiving the product.
Returns and exchanges are carried out in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia (Section 10, Paragraph 2, and Section 12 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law).
